ABOUT US
At First Step School System, we provide a culture and modern education blend! It is our heritage to trace our roots back to Darul Uloom Deoband in India, where our parents earned their degrees, and now, since 2015, we have built our own great and modern educational system on top of that firm foundation.
We firmly believe that education is more than a compendium of knowledge. Our educational system aims to shape young minds into holistic individuals.
The journey starts with the idea of a husband and wife, both impressive academicians who have held leadership positions in the Pakistani education sector led us to combine these different backgrounds to develop a school with traditional values integrated with modern teaching methodologies.
One of the core values in our curriculum is the commitment to preservation and respect for cultural elements. The students learn the values, traditions, and rich history that have existed for ages. We believe that maintenance and respect towards culture help instill a sense of identity and belonging that positively transforms people into more compassionate citizens.
As we move forward, we adopt new-age lesson plans that prepare the students to face the reality of this fast-paced world.

Mrs. Seema Rasheed

With more than 30 years of experience in esteemed educational institutions (like Beaconhouse, The City School and Army Public School etc.) in Pakistan, Mrs. Seema Rasheed is a seasoned educator. She has a Montessori credential from Maria Montessori, Italy, and a Master’s degree from the University of Punjab, Lahore.
She has won various honours and recognitions for her commitment to academic success. She advocates for a comprehensive, inclusive education that emphasises the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of her students. She is well-known for her collaborative decision-making, inspiring leadership, and supportive work environment.

M.A, B.Ed, Diploma in special needs (Canada), Early Childhood Diploma (Level 3 from Canada), Child and Youth Service Worker Diploma (Canada), Multilingual proficiency Worked in early childhood education for more than ten years, I have devoted my professional life to collaborating closely with families and kids of all skill levels. As a director at First Step School, I offer a kind, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere and build a deep relationship with kids, families, and teachers by treating everyone with dignity, love, and humility.
At First Step School, we believe every child is unique and full of potential. My journey of over a decade in early childhood education has taught me the power of love, respect, and meaningful connections in shaping young minds.
Our school is a place where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. We aim to nurture not just academics but confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
My goal as an educator with experience in early childhood and special needs education has always been to provide a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere for kids of all skill levels.
